Mobile Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

A mobile toilet, also known as a portable toilet, is a facility that can be moved as a whole to provide public restroom services.

I. Applicable Places Mobile toilets are suitable for a variety of locations, including stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, as well as densely populated public places and bustling commercial streets. These places often have temporary or periodic needs for toilets, and mobile toilets can well meet such demands.

II. Structural Composition Mobile toilets are generally composed of multiple parts, including fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to ensure the normal operation and user comfort of mobile toilets.

III. Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure mobile toilets are usually relatively simple and easy to move and install; while composite-structure mobile toilets may contain more functional areas and facilities, providing more comprehensive services.
  2. By mobility method: They can be classified as lifting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling mobile toilets mainly rely on human or mechanical force for movement; while powered and towed mobile toilets may be equipped with power systems or towing devices for long-distance transportation and rapid deployment.
  3. By sewage treatment method: They can be divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. These different types of mobile toilets are suitable for different environments and needs based on their sewage treatment methods.

IV. Main Features Mobile toilets have the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport. They can be conveniently transported to any place where toilets need to be set up and can be used repeatedly. In addition, with the continuous advancement of technology, new types of mobile toilets such as folding toilets have emerged, further improving their portability and practicality.
