Single Mobile Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

A single mobile toilet refers to an individual, self-contained facility that can be moved as a whole and placed at locations with fixed or temporary needs, providing toilet services to the public and customers.

I. Diverse Types

  • Grille-style Independent Single Room: This type of mobile toilet is in the form of an independent single room, equipped with partitions and a rain-proof corridor. It is unisex. With higher usage frequency and refined decoration, it is versatile and can be used not only as a toilet but also as a shower room, meeting diverse needs in different scenarios.
  • White Spire-style: It has a white spire-like appearance with a hand-washing area in the middle, facilitating users to clean themselves after using the toilet, enhancing convenience and hygiene.
  • Gray-style: The gray mobile toilet separates male and female toilets and is equipped with squat toilets inside. This design is more in line with the usage habits of traditional public toilets and can better protect users' privacy.

II. Structural Components A mobile toilet generally consists of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat fecal sewage; the floor provides a stable standing and activity space for users; sanitary ware, including toilets and squat toilets, are facilities directly used for defecation; walls serve to divide spaces and protect privacy; washing equipment such as hand-washing basins facilitate user cleaning; water tanks are used to store water for flushing toilets; the roof provides shelter from wind and rain; and the mobile device enables the toilet to be moved as a whole to meet usage needs at different locations.

III. Classification Methods

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure ones are relatively simple and independent, while composite-structure ones may be more complex in terms of function or space combination.
  • By moving method: There are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets that rely on lifting equipment or manual handling for movement; and powered and towed-type mobile toilets that can be moved by power drive or towing, offering higher flexibility.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are classified into water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, dry-packing mobile toilets, etc. Different sewage treatment methods are suitable for different usage scenarios and environmental requirements.
