Mobile Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

A mobile toilet is a flexible, temporarily installed independent sanitation facility that offers convenience, hygiene, and environmental friendliness.

Core Advantages

  1. Convenience and Flexibility
Mobile toilets feature an independent box structure that does not rely on fixed sewage networks or water sources. They can be quickly transported by vehicles to temporary locations such as construction sites, music festivals, and sports events, and can be swiftly removed after the event. Their deployment efficiency is much higher than that of traditional fixed toilets, making them particularly suitable for emergency scenarios or short-term high-traffic areas.

  2. Hygiene and Health Protection
The enclosed space design ensures privacy, and the interior is equipped with antibacterial material toilets (either sit-down or squat-style), disposable seat covers, and wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispensers. The waste storage tank is treated with special biological or chemical degradants, combined with a forced ventilation system to maintain air circulation, effectively suppressing odors and the growth of germs.

  3. Environmental Friendliness
Special degradants promote waste decomposition, and centralized waste removal prevents direct pollution of soil and water sources. Some models adopt water-saving designs (e.g., high-pressure air-water flushing requires only 1/5 of the normal water volume) or waterless packaging technology, significantly reducing water consumption.

Flushing Methods

  1. High-Pressure Air-Water Flushing
This method uses a mixture of high-pressure water and air to flush the toilet bowl, providing a wide flushing range and strong pressure. It is controlled by infrared sensors and an intelligent system, offering significant water-saving effects.

  2. Foam Flushing
An automatic foaming machine covers the toilet bowl surface with a foam layer, replacing conventional flushing. This method saves water and blocks odor emission.

Waste Treatment Methods

  1. Microbial Type
Through a solid-liquid separation device, feces are treated, with solid waste decomposed by microbial bacteria achieving a degradation rate of 99%. Urine is filtered to form reclaimed water for flushing the urinal, enabling resource recycling.

  2. Recirculating Water Flushing Type
This method employs intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment technologies, combined with biofilms to accelerate sewage fermentation and decomposition. The treated sewage is recirculated for flushing.

  3. Dry Packaging Type
Without a flushing mechanism, waste is collected in biodegradable plastic bags. After use, new bags are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment.

  4. Foam Sealing Type
Compressed air delivers foam to the inside of the toilet bowl, covering the surface to seal odors and maximize water savings.

  5. Water Flushing and Waterless Suction Type
The water flushing type is equipped with a water tank and a bottom sewage tank, while the waterless type directly collects waste into a sewage tank, requiring regular suction and removal.

Material Selection

The main materials for mobile toilets include stainless steel, steel structure, color-coated steel, plastic, aluminum-plastic panels, fiberglass, and galvanized sheets. The appropriate material should be selected based on the usage scenario (e.g., corrosion resistance, lightness).
