Mobile Toilet and Public Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

A mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It consists of components such as a fecal sewage storage tank, sanitary ware, and walls, and can be classified in various ways, making it suitable for a wide range of locations.

Mobile toilets generally comprise a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Some mobile toilets are richly equipped, such as compact and intelligent eco-friendly mobile public toilets, which come complete with an internal fecal collection system, handwashing basins, smart mirrors, breathing lights, and more, ready for use right after being manufactured in the factory. There are also specially designed mobile toilets that use galvanized steel frames for durability, lasting over 15 years, with orange brick-patterned exterior panels for an attractive appearance.

Mobile toilets offer numerous advantages. Mobility is a prominent feature, allowing them to be moved as a whole according to demand and placed at locations with fixed or temporary needs. Combinability is also notable, as multiple single-structure mobile toilets can be combined into composite-structure mobile toilets based on the actual number of users and site conditions, meeting the needs of different-sized groups. Ease of transportation makes their deployment more flexible in various locations, enabling quick installation and use in remote areas or temporary event sites.

Mobile toilets can be classified in various ways. By structural form, they can be divided into single-structure and composite-structure mobile toilets. By mobility method, they can be classified as lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, and powered and towed-type mobile toilets. By sewage treatment method, they can be categorized as water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packaging mobile toilets.

They are suitable for a wide range of locations, including stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. During the peak tourist season, tourist attractions can alleviate the problem of tourists finding toilets by increasing the number of mobile toilets. On large construction sites, mobile toilets provide convenient toilet facilities for workers and can be easily relocated according to the progress of the project.
