Mobile Toilet Special Plastic Board

Admin October 11, 2026

The commonly used plastic sheets for mobile toilets mainly include PVC plastic sheets, and in some scenarios, aluminum-plastic sheets may also be used, but there is no uniformly named 'special plastic sheet'. The following is an explanation from the perspectives of material characteristics, application scenarios, and advantages:

PVC plastic sheets are a common choice for mobile toilets. Its core component is polyvinyl chloride. After being processed into sheets through special techniques, it possesses excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties. Mobile toilets are often in humid environments for long periods. PVC sheets can effectively block moisture penetration, preventing the internal structure from being corroded by moisture and thus extending the overall service life. In addition, the surface of PVC sheets is smooth, and stains are not easily attached. When cleaning, it only needs to be wiped with clean water or a neutral detergent to restore cleanliness, greatly reducing maintenance costs. Its rich color options are also a major advantage. Colors can be customized according to the decorative needs of different places. For example, green or brown can be selected for toilets in scenic spots to coordinate with the natural landscape, while simple white or gray can be chosen for urban public toilets to enhance visual comfort.

Aluminum-plastic sheets are also used in some mobile toilets. Taking Runlong aluminum-plastic sheet mobile toilets as an example, they use aluminum-plastic composite materials, with an outer layer of aluminum alloy thin sheets and a middle layer of polyethylene core material. This structure gives the sheets both the strength of metal and the flexibility of plastic, with a modern and simple appearance. Moreover, the surface is smooth and firm, with excellent anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties. Even when exposed to the outdoors for a long time and facing erosion from natural factors such as rain and ultraviolet rays, it can still maintain stable performance. When paired with stone-plastic sheet inner walls and embossed aluminum sheet floors, the overall service life can reach more than 10 years, making it suitable for fixed mobile toilets that need long-term use or high-traffic public places.

It should be noted that the industry has not yet uniformly named 'mobile toilet special plastic sheets'. In practical applications, material selection needs to comprehensively consider usage scenarios, budgets, and maintenance needs. For example, for mobile toilets at temporary event venues, PVC sheets can be preferred to reduce costs and meet the needs of rapid assembly and disassembly; while for toilets that are deployed for a long time, aluminum-plastic sheets are more suitable to ensure durability and aesthetics.
