Mobile Toilet Special Door Curtain

Admin September 26, 2026

The mobile toilet special door curtain can be selected with reference to the material, size, and installation requirements of the bathroom special door curtain. It is recommended to use PEVA waterproof and mold-proof material, with a width of 80-180 centimeters and a height of no less than 180 centimeters. When installing, pay attention to the angle and the neatness of the folds.

Material Selection

The mobile toilet environment is humid and prone to mold growth, so the door curtain material needs to be waterproof and mold-proof. PEVA (Polyethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer) is an ideal choice. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and has strong weather resistance. It can effectively block water vapor penetration and avoid mold or deformation caused by long-term humidity. In addition, the PEVA material has a smooth surface, is easy to clean, and can be wiped with a damp cloth or rinsed directly, making it suitable for high-frequency use in mobile toilet scenarios.

Size Specifications

The size of the door curtain needs to be adjusted according to the actual opening size of the mobile toilet. It is recommended that the width be 80-180 centimeters to cover the range of common toilet door frames; the height should be at least 180 centimeters to ensure complete visual obstruction and prevent water splashing. If the toilet space is higher or enhanced privacy is required, the height can be appropriately increased to 200 centimeters. A size that is too small will result in insufficient obstruction, while a size that is too large may affect ventilation or take up space.

Style and Practicality

Simple-style door curtains feature solid colors or simple patterns, with a clean appearance and strong functionality. They can blend into public environments while reducing visual interference. Avoid choosing overly complex decorations to prevent increased cleaning difficulty or distraction for users. In addition, a weighted strip (such as a lead strip or magnetic strip) can be added to the bottom of the door curtain to enhance its drape and prevent it from fluttering in the wind or when people move around.

Installation Points

The installation of the door curtain needs to balance stability and aesthetics. It is recommended to fix it with an adjustable rod, with the rod at a 30-45 degree angle to the door frame. This can reduce the friction between the door curtain and the ground and ensure that the folds hang naturally. When installing, pay attention to the following:

  1. The length of the rod should be slightly longer than the width of the door frame to allow for adjustment space;
  2. The spacing between the folds should be even to avoid local accumulation affecting opening and closing;
  3. Regularly check the fixing parts to prevent loosening due to frequent use.

If the mobile toilet needs to be moved frequently, a detachable installation structure (such as hooks or magic tape) can be chosen for quick disassembly and cleaning.
