II. Rental Items and Quantity

III. Rental Period

IV. Rent and Payment Method

2. In case of damage or malfunction of the rental items during the rental period, Party B shall promptly notify Party A for repair; if the loss or damage is caused by Party B, compensation shall be made at the market price.
3. Party B shall not sublease or mortgage the rental items, nor shall it add or remove components or relocate the installation site without Party A's consent.

VII. Liability for Breach of Contract

1. If Party B fails to pay the rent or deposit on time, Party A shall have the right to charge a late fee of 0.5%-1% of the overdue amount per day.
2. If Party B violates the usage regulations, Party A shall have the right to request repair, replacement, or compensation; if Party B fails to return the items or pay the fees upon expiration of the lease term, it shall pay a penalty and bear the losses.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

1. The contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Disputes shall be resolved through consultation; if consultation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the people's court at Party A's location.
