Mobile Toilet on Crane
Mobile toilets on cranes generally refer to crane-liftable mobile toilets, which are mobile toilets that are lifted, transported, and placed as a whole using cranes and other equipment.

I. Structural Features Crane-liftable mobile toilets adopt an integrated frame design. After the main structure, internal facilities, and piping system are installed at the manufacturing plant, they can be directly lifted and transported to the designated location using a crane. They have a sturdy steel structure base, with the four walls and roof integrated into one piece, providing high overall strength and the ability to withstand multiple lifts and long-distance transportation. The frame material is mostly hot-dip galvanized steel, which effectively prevents rust and corrosion, extending the service life. The walls are made of sandwich panels or fiberglass-reinforced plastic, offering insulation, sound insulation, and lightweight properties. In terms of craftsmanship, special attention is paid to the design of lifting points, with dedicated lifting rings or lugs reserved at the top of the frame to ensure a stable center of gravity during lifting and prevent tilting and deformation.
II. Internal Configuration The internal configuration includes an independent flushing system, a sewage collection tank, a handwashing sink, lighting, and ventilation equipment, with all piping pre-installed before leaving the factory.
III. Advantages and Characteristics
- High Installation Efficiency: After being transported to the site, they only need to be placed on a flat surface using a crane and connected to water and electricity to be ready for use.
- Good Sealing Performance: The main body is integrally formed in the factory with few seams, making it less prone to leakage and odor leakage.
- Easy to Relocate: For events that require frequent changes of location, they can be quickly transferred using a crane, saving the cost of repeated disassembly and assembly.
- Customizable Appearance: They can be customized in terms of door panel color, advertising logos, internal layout, etc., according to customer needs.
IV. Classification Methods
- By Usage Function: They can be classified into standard type (only with a toilet and a handwashing sink), barrier-free type (with enlarged space and installed handrails), shower type (integrated with shower equipment), and combined type (multiple units connected by corridors to form a toilet cluster).
- By Sewage Collection Method: They can be divided into direct discharge type (connected to the sewer), suction type (with a built-in feces collection tank), and circulating flushing type (reusing water through biological treatment).
In addition, there are also some compact and simple mobile toilets available in two sizes: 1.4 meters wide and 1.6 meters wide, with a length of 2.5 meters and a height of 2.45 meters. They are fully equipped with internal sanitary facilities and can be lifted and relocated at will. There are also mobile toilets that can be delivered to your doorstep, transported by a crane, and ready for use after being placed on the ground and connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipes.
