Internal Circuit of Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

The internal circuit of a mobile toilet mainly involves aspects such as power supply architecture, power supply methods, power requirements of internal equipment, and circuit protection.

Power Supply Architecture: The circuit system of a mobile toilet is centered around a controller. After connecting to a 220V mains supply, an AC-DC module converts the alternating current into direct current (usually 12V or 24V) to power the internal equipment. These devices include occupied/unoccupied indicators, ceiling speakers, exhaust fans, toilet stall occupancy sensors, lighting fixtures, and smart locks for partition doors, all connected to the controller via IO signals for centralized control and management. For example, when an occupancy sensor detects someone entering, it sends a signal to the controller, which then turns on the lighting, starts the exhaust fan, and updates the occupied/unoccupied indicator status.

Power Supply Methods: The power supply methods for mobile toilets are flexible and diverse, mainly including mains power connection, solar power generation, and dry battery power supply. Mains power connection provides continuous and stable electricity, suitable for locations with fixed power outlets; solar power utilizes the photovoltaic effect to convert solar energy into electricity, ideal for remote areas with abundant sunlight and lacking municipal power grids or for eco-friendly outdoor venues; dry battery power supply is portable and flexible, suitable for temporary scenarios with low power requirements or as emergency backup, such as outdoor music festivals and temporary construction sites.

Power Requirements of Internal Equipment: The internal electrical equipment of a mobile toilet is diverse, mainly including lighting systems, automatic flushing control systems, and winter insulation and anti-freezing systems. The lighting system provides necessary illumination; the automatic flushing control system is usually controlled by a microcomputer or infrared sensor to achieve automatic flushing; the winter insulation and anti-freezing system is crucial in cold regions, including electric heaters and heat-tracing wires to prevent pipe freezing and cracking.

Circuit Protection: Circuit protection is particularly important for outdoor mobile toilets. Urine splashes, high humidity, and odors (ammonia) inside the toilet can lead to circuit board corrosion and short circuits. Therefore, it is necessary to use a three-proof paint that is resistant to urine, mold, and odors to protect the circuit board. For example, a certain company's three-proof paint for the electronic screens of outdoor mobile toilets has been certified by the municipal environmental sanitation equipment testing center, featuring resistance to urine, mold, and odors, as well as weather stability, effectively extending the service life of the circuit board.
