Detailed Material Parameters of Mobile Toilets
Admin October 08, 2026
The material parameters of mobile toilets vary depending on their type and design, as detailed below:

1. Main Frame Materials
- Steel Frame: Utilizes high-strength Q235 steel, with main frame steel pipes having a diameter of ≥50mm and a wall thickness of ≥2mm. Rust prevention is achieved through hot-dip galvanizing, with a rust-proof period of over 10 years. It offers strong load-bearing capacity and good wind resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.
- Aluminum Alloy Frame: Made of 6061-T5 aluminum alloy, with profile thickness of ≥1.5mm. It is approximately 30% lighter than steel frames and highly corrosion-resistant, suitable for scenarios requiring high mobility.
2. Wall and Roof Panel Materials
- Color-Coated Steel Plate: Typically consists of a double-layer color-coated steel plate with a 50mm-thick polyurethane insulation layer in between. The surface is made of 0.326mm-thick color-coated steel plate with an anti-UV coating, making it waterproof and suitable for temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 70℃. Some products are upgraded to color-coated steel plate/metal carved panel, extending the applicable temperature range to -35℃ to 100℃ or -40℃.
- Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP): Formed in one piece without seams, with a thickness of ≥5mm. It is corrosion-resistant, leak-proof, easy to clean, and highly impact-resistant, capable of withstanding daily collisions.
3. Internal Facility Materials
- Squat/Sitting Toilets: Ceramic models have a water absorption rate of ≤0.5%, making them stain-resistant and easy to clean; PP engineering plastic models are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and lightweight.
- Sinks: Stainless steel models use 304 food-grade stainless steel with a thickness of ≥1.2mm, featuring a water-draining countertop and rounded edges to prevent bumps; artificial stone models emphasize aesthetics and durability.
- Water Tanks and Roofs: Some products use eight-centimeter-thick metal carved panels, which provide thermal insulation, are rust-resistant, and have a service life of up to twenty years.
4. Water and Electricity System Materials
- Water Supply: Uses PPR pipes with a diameter of 20mm, which are corrosion-resistant and meet drinking water standards.
- Drainage: Features an odor-proof design with a pipe diameter of ≥110mm, ensuring rapid drainage of sewage without odors.
- Power Supply: Equipped with 220V sockets and leakage protection devices, with some products having a power rating of 50 watts, balancing safety and energy efficiency.
5. Floor and Ventilation Materials
- Floor: Uses 300×300mm anti-slip tiles with a slip resistance coefficient of ≥0.6 and a drainage slope of ≥2%, ensuring rapid drainage of sewage.
- Ventilation System: The exhaust fan has a power of ≥50W and exchanges air at least 8 times per hour; the ventilation duct is made of 100mm-diameter PVC material, which is corrosion-resistant; equipped with an activated carbon filter to effectively prevent odors.
