Mobile Toilet Degrading Agent

Admin September 23, 2026

The mobile toilet degrading agent is an environmentally friendly bacterial agent used for the biodegradation of mobile toilets. Its core function is to decompose excreta through microbial action, enabling sanitary treatment without a sewer system.

Composition and Characteristics

The high-efficiency fecal-degrading bacterial agent is the primary type of mobile toilet degrading agent, with an active ingredient content of 2%. It exists in powder form, with a microbial content exceeding 10 billion per gram, classifying it as a high-density bacterial agent. This type of agent accelerates organic matter decomposition through a highly active microbial community, achieving an adsorption rate of 99%. It efficiently captures solid particles in excreta, reducing odor production. Its shelf life is 24 months, and it must be stored in a dry, light-proof environment to maintain microbial activity. Its efficiency rating is Grade 1, indicating that its decomposition capability meets high standards in the environmental protection industry.

Mechanism of Action

Biodegradable mobile toilets rely on specific microbial agents to process excreta. When excreta enters the treatment chamber, the aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms in the agent work synergistically to gradually decompose organic matter:

  1. Primary Decomposition: The microbial community secretes proteases and lipases, breaking down large-molecule proteins and fats into small-molecule amino acids and fatty acids;
  2. Deep Mineralization: Small-molecule substances are further converted into water, carbon dioxide, and a small amount of inorganic salts (such as nitrogen and phosphorus compounds), ultimately forming harmless residues;
  3. Odor Control: Enzymes produced during microbial metabolism neutralize odor molecules like hydrogen sulfide and ammonia, reducing environmental pollution.
    The entire process does not require chemical cleaners, avoiding secondary pollution from harmful substances like chlorine and benzene found in traditional treatment methods.

Core Advantages

  1. Environmental Friendliness: Decomposition products are water, carbon dioxide, and inorganic salts, with no toxic residues, meeting ecological cycle requirements;
  2. Energy and Resource Conservation: No need to connect to a sewer system, reducing water consumption and sewage treatment energy use;
  3. Wide Applicability: Suitable for areas without municipal sewer networks, such as scenic spots, construction sites, and temporary events, with a mobile design for flexible deployment;
  4. Easy Maintenance: Regular replenishment of the bacterial agent maintains treatment efficiency, with residue volume only 1/10 of traditional toilets and a cleaning cycle extended to 3-6 months.

This technology achieves resource utilization of excreta through microbial metabolism, representing a significant innovation in the environmental protection field, particularly suitable for scenarios with high sanitation and ecological protection requirements.
