Mobile Extra-Large Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

Mobile extra-large toilets generally refer to large-sized prefabricated mobile toilets, which are movable, combinable, and easy to transport, suitable for solving outdoor toilet problems in tourist-dense areas such as scenic spots.

Size and Structural Features

The size of mobile extra-large toilets varies according to needs, with common specifications including a length of 12 meters and an area of 18 square meters. For example, a 6-squat-position mobile toilet customized by a Beijing customer covers an area of 18 square meters, adopts a galvanized steel frame structure, is equipped with a double-roof design, has a high-end exterior wall color, features an open hand-washing area in the middle, and is decorated according to home standards inside, balancing practicality and aesthetics. Its structure is usually composed of modules such as a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. Each module can be independently disassembled or combined, facilitating transportation and rapid deployment.

Functional and Privacy Design

Inside extra-large mobile toilets, there are usually multiple independent squat-position compartments, each equipped with a door lock and a ventilation system to ensure user privacy. For example, a 12-meter-long model may contain 4-6 squat positions. The compartments are separated by metal carved panels or eco-friendly panels, the floor is paved with anti-slip tiles, and lighting and exhaust equipment are provided to enhance user comfort. Some high-end models also add barrier-free toilets, baby care rooms, or management rooms to meet diverse needs.

Application Scenarios and Advantages

These toilets are mainly used in temporary or semi-permanent places such as scenic spots, large-scale event sites, and construction sites to solve the problems of long construction periods, high costs, and poor flexibility of traditional fixed toilets. Their core advantages include:

  • Rapid deployment: Modular design allows for factory prefabrication, and on-site assembly takes only a few hours, suitable for emergency needs;
  • Environmental protection and energy saving: Some models are equipped with fecal sewage storage tanks or biological treatment devices to reduce environmental pollution;
  • Strong adaptability: The size and functions can be adjusted according to site conditions, such as increasing the number of squat positions or optimizing the layout of the hand-washing area;
  • Economy: Compared with traditional brick-and-mortar toilets, the construction cost is reduced by 30%-50%, and they can be reused, reducing long-term operating costs.

Material and Durability

The exterior wall materials of mobile extra-large toilets are diverse, commonly including metal carved panels, galvanized steel plates, and aluminum-plastic panels, which have characteristics such as corrosion resistance and strong weather resistance. The roofs are mostly made of color-coated steel plates or fiberglass-reinforced plastic materials to ensure waterproofing and heat insulation performance. Inside, the sanitary ware usually selects water-saving toilets or squat pans, paired with sensor faucets to further save water resources.
