Miyun Rental Mobile Toilet Process

Admin September 28, 2026

The process of renting mobile toilets in Miyun mainly consists of eight steps: demand communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

  1. Demand Communication: Customers need to clearly inform the usage scenario, such as whether it is for a construction site, a large-scale event, or other locations. They should also specify the rental duration, the number of mobile toilets required, and any special functional requirements, such as whether a sink is needed. Additionally, providing the specific location of the site is necessary for subsequent transportation and installation arrangements.
  2. Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's requirements, the rental company recommends suitable types of mobile toilets, such as standard or luxury models. It then calculates various costs, including rental fees, transportation costs, and installation fees, and provides the customer with a written quotation to ensure clear and transparent cost details.
  3. Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the quotation proposal, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract clearly outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the maintenance responsibility for the mobile toilets during the rental period and the damage compensation standards. The customer is required to pay a certain percentage of the deposit as stipulated in the contract.
  4. Preparation and Delivery: According to the agreed-upon time in the contract, the rental company thoroughly cleans and inspects the functionality of the mobile toilets to ensure they can be used normally. It then arranges professional vehicles to transport the mobile toilets to the customer's designated site.
  5. On-site Installation: Upon arrival at the site, the staff positions and secures the toilets according to the actual site conditions (if securing is required) and performs basic functional tests, such as checking whether the flushing and ventilation systems are working properly.
  6. Rental Service: During the rental period, the rental company provides regular cleaning services as per the contract, promptly replenishes consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, and repairs any malfunctions to ensure the mobile toilets are always in good working condition.
  7. Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff removes the securing devices from the mobile toilets (if any) and transports them back to the rental company.
  8. Settlement Closure: The rental company carefully checks all the costs incurred during the rental period, such as any additional service fees or damage compensation fees. After confirming everything is correct, it refunds the remaining deposit to the customer, completing the entire transaction process.
