Miyun Mobile Toilet Rental Process

Admin October 11, 2026

The rental process for mobile toilets in Miyun mainly includes the following steps: demand communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

  1. Demand Communication: Customers need to clearly inform the rental company of the usage scenario, such as whether it is for construction site work, large-scale event venues, or other locations. They should also specify the rental duration, whether it is for short-term use of a few days for an event or long-term use of several months for a construction site. Additionally, customers need to inform the rental company of the number of mobile toilets required and whether there are any special functional requirements, such as whether they need to be equipped with sinks or be barrier-free. Furthermore, providing the specific location of the site is necessary to facilitate subsequent transportation and installation arrangements.
  2. Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's requirements, the rental company recommends suitable toilet types, such as ordinary single-unit mobile toilets or connected mobile toilets. Then, it calculates various costs, including rental fees, transportation costs, and installation costs, and provides the customer with a written quotation to ensure the customer clearly understands the cost breakdown.
  3. Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the proposal and quotation provided by the rental company, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract should clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the rental company being responsible for the daily maintenance and fault repairs of the mobile toilets, and the customer being liable for compensation if they cause damage during use. Meanwhile, the customer needs to pay a certain percentage of the deposit as stipulated in the contract.
  4. Preparation and Delivery: According to the time specified in the contract, the rental company prepares clean and fully functional mobile toilets and arranges appropriate transportation vehicles to deliver them to the customer's designated site.
  5. On-site Installation: After the transportation vehicle arrives at the site, the staff will complete the placement of the mobile toilets according to the actual site conditions. If necessary, they will also secure the toilets to prevent movement during use. After that, they will debug the basic functions of the toilets to ensure normal operation.
  6. Rental Service: During the rental period, the rental company will regularly clean the mobile toilets, replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, and promptly handle any faults that occur to ensure the customer can use them normally as per the contract.
  7. Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff will remove the fixing devices of the mobile toilets and transport them back for subsequent maintenance and re-rental.
  8. Settlement Closure: The rental company will check all the costs incurred during the rental period to see if there are any additional service fees or damage compensation fees. After confirmation, it will refund the remaining deposit to the customer, completing the entire transaction process.
