Making Mobile Toilet Wall Panels

Admin September 24, 2026

The production of mobile toilet wall panels requires comprehensive consideration from three aspects: material selection, production process, and environmental standards. The specific key points are as follows:

Material Selection: In the early days, mobile toilet wall panels were mostly made of metal or plastic materials, but they had problems such as easy rusting and aging. With the upgrading of environmental protection requirements, composite materials have gradually become mainstream. Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) is widely used due to its high strength and strong weather resistance. Its corrosion resistance and durability are significantly better than traditional materials. Bamboo Fiber Composite Board achieves a balance between degradability and low energy consumption by combining natural bamboo fibers with resin, conforming to the concept of green production. Honeycomb Structure Wall Panels reduce weight through internal cavity design while improving sound insulation and thermal insulation performance, suitable for scenarios with high environmental adaptability requirements. In addition, some manufacturers have also explored the mixed application of recycled plastics and bio-based materials to further reduce resource consumption.

Production Process: Taking GFRP wall panels as an example, their production requires mixing glass fibers with resin in proportion and using molding technology to ensure uniform material distribution and avoid local insufficient strength. Subsequently, high-temperature curing is carried out to stabilize the structure. The curing temperature and time must be strictly controlled within the process range to prevent deformation or cracking. Finally, surface treatment is performed, such as spraying anti-fouling coatings or adding antibacterial agents to improve the durability and hygiene of the wall panels. Some enterprises have introduced automated production lines, using robotic arms to precisely control cutting and splicing, reducing manual errors. Production efficiency has increased by more than 30%, and the scrap rate has been reduced to below 5%.

Environmental Standards: During the production process, it is necessary to strictly comply with the Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Emission Standards, using water-based coatings instead of solvent-based coatings to reduce air pollution. In the recycling process, some enterprises design modular disassembly structures to enable the wall panels to be quickly separated into parts such as metal, plastic, and fiber for easy classification and recycling. For example, the glass fibers and resin in GFRP wall panels can be separated by pyrolysis technology, and metal parts can be directly remelted for reuse, with a recycling rate of over 90%. In addition, some manufacturers cooperate with recycling institutions to establish a closed-loop system of 'production-use-recycling' to promote the sustainable development of the industry.
