Kangbashi Mobile Toilet
Kangbashi mobile toilets are characterized by reasonable type distribution, efficient modular applications, standardized procurement, and comprehensive event support.

In terms of types and distribution: Six mobile public restrooms are distributed along the main streets and scenic spots in Kangbashi District. The rational layout of these mobile toilets effectively meets the restroom needs of residents and tourists in different areas, enhancing the convenience and coverage of urban public services.
Regarding modular applications: Utilizing modular construction concepts, the intelligent mobile toilets located in major parks feature advanced functions. On one hand, they are powered by solar energy, which is not only energy-efficient and environmentally friendly but also reduces reliance on the traditional power grid, lowering operational costs. On the other hand, they are equipped with automatic cleaning functions, effectively maintaining internal hygiene and reducing the workload and frequency of manual cleaning. Additionally, their advantages are particularly prominent during large-scale urban events. Fifty prefabricated mobile toilets can be deployed within two hours and quickly relocated to other areas of need after the event, significantly improving the efficiency of mobile toilet usage and the ability to respond to emergencies.
Procurement situation: The Public Utilities Service Center of Kangbashi District, Erdos City, once used open bidding to procure trailer-type mobile restrooms. The winning bidder was Erdos Rundajie Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., with a total bid price of 1,180,000.00 yuan. The procured trailer-type mobile restrooms had specifications of 8 toilet stalls, 1 tool room, and 1 urinal room, totaling 4 units. The open bidding process ensured fairness, impartiality, and transparency, facilitating the selection of reliable and reasonably priced products.
Event support: During events such as fireworks displays, the Public Utilities and Landscaping Service Center of the Urban Management Bureau scientifically plans the placement and quantity of mobile restrooms, prioritizing coverage in viewing areas, around fireworks launch sites, and at main entrances and exits to ensure tourists can easily find restrooms in key areas. At the same time, dedicated personnel are assigned to each mobile restroom to dynamically adjust cleaning frequencies based on pedestrian traffic, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and odor-free environment. After the event, a comprehensive deep cleaning and disinfection are conducted on the mobile restrooms, removing all waste and stains. After disinfection, professional personnel are organized to dismantle and transport the restrooms and clean and restore the original placement sites.
