Through the use of intelligent devices such as liquid level detection, ultrasonic detection, and video surveillance, the system can collect various key pieces of information in real-time, including toilet renovation data, cleaning data, and repair request data. These data not only provide strong support for real-time monitoring but also offer scientific basis for management and protection decision-making through historical data analysis, thereby achieving full-process control over cleaning, maintenance, and transportation data, significantly improving management and protection efficiency and quality.

Secondly, Juancheng County has also advanced the construction project of an intelligent long-term management and protection platform for rural sanitary toilets. This project was awarded to China Mobile Communications Group Shandong Co., Ltd. Heze Branch and invested 1,316,000.00 yuan in construction. The establishment of this platform has further enhanced the level of intelligent management and protection of rural sanitary toilets in Juancheng County. Through the platform, relevant departments can more conveniently obtain information on toilet usage and management and protection needs, promptly dispatch resources for cleaning and maintenance operations, and ensure the normal operation and good usage environment of rural sanitary toilets.

The implementation of these measures has not only improved the management and protection level of rural sanitary toilets in Juancheng County but also provided reference experiences for other regions.
