Jiuquan Mobile Toilet Foundation Installation

Admin October 07, 2026

The foundation installation of mobile toilets in Jiuquan is generally relatively simple, with core steps including site selection, placement, connecting pipes and power supplies, and functional checks, without the need for complex tools or equipment.

1. Ground Selection and Foundation Preparation
Before installation, select a flat and solid ground as the foundation to prevent the toilet from tilting or shaking due to uneven ground. If the ground is soft soil, it should be compacted in advance or a concrete cushion should be laid to ensure that the bearing capacity meets the requirements. A flat ground not only enhances stability but also prevents structural deformation or loosening of pipe connections due to long-term use.

2. Placement and Fixing of Mobile Toilets
After moving the mobile toilet to the designated location, check its levelness, which can be precisely adjusted by adjusting the bottom support feet or shims. Some models need to be fixed to the ground with expansion bolts or ground anchors to prevent displacement caused by external forces (such as strong winds). When fixing, ensure that the bolts or ground anchors are tightly combined with the ground to avoid safety hazards caused by loosening.

3. Pipe and Power Connection (if applicable)
If the mobile toilet is equipped with a sewage discharge or water supply system, connect the pipes according to the design requirements. The sewage discharge pipe should maintain a certain slope (usually ≥ 2%) to ensure smooth discharge of sewage; the water supply pipe should be equipped with a valve and checked for tightness to prevent water leakage. If the toilet has built-in lighting, ventilation, or heating equipment, connect the power supply and install a leakage protection device to ensure electrical safety. After connection, reinforce the interfaces with waterproof tape or sealing rings to prevent leakage.

4. Functional Check and Debugging
After installation, conduct a comprehensive check:

  • Structural Stability: Gently push the toilet to check for shaking and confirm that the fixing parts are not loose;
  • Pipe Tightness: Inject water into the water supply system and observe whether the pipe interfaces leak;
  • Equipment Operation: Test whether the lighting, ventilation, flushing, and other functions are normal. For electric flushing toilets, check whether the flushing force meets the standards;
  • Sewage Discharge Test: Simulate usage scenarios to confirm that the sewage discharge pipe is not blocked and that the discharge is smooth.

Precautions: Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid scratches; if high-altitude operations are involved (such as opening the roof maintenance port), use a safety ladder and be assisted by a dedicated person; regularly clean the interior and surrounding environment of the toilet after installation to extend its service life.
