Quality Evaluation of Mobile Toilets in Huixian
Currently, no specific quality evaluation directly targeting mobile toilets in Huixian has been found, but a comprehensive analysis can be conducted by combining the actual evaluation situations and quality assessment dimensions of mainstream mobile toilets in China.

In terms of structural reliability, taking the mobile toilets of a container house technology company in Henan (which is in the same province as Huixian) as an example, the average thickness of their product welds is 2.6mm, just meeting the 2.5mm requirement specified in the GB50017-2017 Steel Structure Design Standard. This indicates that the welding process basically complies with the standard, but with a small margin, which may pose a risk of reduced weld strength after long-term use. However, the thickness of their anti-corrosion coating is only 50μm. In spot checks at coastal scenic spots, local rust appeared after 12 months of use, requiring additional anti-corrosion maintenance. This shows that anti-corrosion treatment is an important factor affecting the quality of mobile toilets. If the anti-corrosion coating is too thin, it is prone to corrosion in humid or salt-spray environments, shortening the service life.
High-quality mobile toilets usually adopt hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures as the main framework for their structure and materials. Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes have the characteristics of high strength and corrosion resistance, effectively resisting erosion from the external environment and ensuring the stability and durability of the toilets. Steel structures need to undergo strict anti-corrosion treatment, such as spraying anti-corrosion paint, to enhance their corrosion resistance.
The sewage discharge system is also a key dimension for evaluating the quality of mobile toilets. Depending on the usage environment and the presence or absence of external sewage discharge pipes, sewage discharge systems can be classified into different types. Mobile toilets with external sewage discharge pipes can directly discharge sewage into the municipal sewage network, making treatment relatively convenient. Mobile toilets without external sewage discharge pipes need to adopt treatment methods such as packing and biodegradation. Packing mobile toilets collect feces in biodegradable plastic bags, which are replaced regularly. Biodegradable mobile toilets use microorganisms to decompose feces into harmless substances for on-site treatment.
In terms of supporting facilities, mobile toilets should include basic configurations such as exhaust fans and lighting fixtures. Exhaust fans can effectively remove odors from the toilets and keep the air fresh. Lighting fixtures can provide illumination at night or in low-light conditions, facilitating use. In addition, some high-end mobile toilets are also equipped with facilities such as air conditioners and sinks, enhancing the comfort of use.
Relevant certifications are also important bases for measuring the quality of mobile toilets. For example, ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. These certifications can prove that mobile toilets follow strict quality and environmental management standards during the production process, ensuring more reliable product quality.
