Huangshi Mobile Toilet Construction Plan

Admin October 11, 2026

The Huangshi mobile toilet construction plan should integrate modular design, functional adaptability, and environmental protection and energy-saving requirements, implementing standardized operations in stages as follows:

I. Construction Arrangement and Objective Management

  1. Organizational Structure: Establish a dedicated team with clear division of responsibilities. The project manager oversees the entire project, the technical lead reviews drawings and specifications, the construction team leader guides installers in operations, the safety officer supervises throughout, and the logistics officer coordinates materials and tools.
  2. Objective Setting:
    • Project Duration: Determine start and completion dates, as well as key milestones (such as foundation construction, main assembly, and acceptance) based on project scale.
    • Quality: Installation quality must meet national standards, with full-time quality inspectors present throughout, achieving 100% coverage.
    • Safety: Ensure no safety incidents occur, with on-site management complying with national regulations (such as the Construction Safety Inspection Standards).

II. Construction Preparation and Resource Allocation

  1. Technical Preparation:
    • Conduct detailed drawing reviews, focusing on design changes and construction challenges (such as sewage pipe slopes and electrical wiring layouts).
    • Use total stations for surveying and staking out, ensuring ground flatness errors ≤5mm, and identify and mark underground utilities (such as cables and water pipes).
  2. Site Preparation:
    • Implement dewatering measures (such as well-point dewatering) in areas with high groundwater levels to ensure construction safety.
    • Plan temporary facilities (such as material storage areas and tool storage points) and traffic diversion routes.
  3. Resource Allocation: Allocate human resources (electricians and welders must be certified), materials (high-density polyethylene shells, stainless steel connectors), and financial resources according to construction needs to ensure sufficient resources.

III. Construction Process and Key Technologies

  1. Material Forming:
    • The outer shell is made of high-density polyethylene or fiberglass. The former forms a seamless shell by rotating and heating to evenly attach powder to the inner wall of the mold; the latter relies on the layer-by-layer curing of resin and glass fibers, requiring adjustments to the curing agent ratio based on climate humidity to prevent deformation.
  2. Sewage System Integration:
    • Pipes are designed with 45-degree bevel joints to avoid blockages from right-angle bends; the water tank incorporates a siphon structure to maintain water level differences, ensuring instantaneous negative pressure during flushing. Fluid simulation tests must be conducted before factory shipment to verify sewage discharge efficiency.
  3. Modular Assembly:
    • Divide into roof panels, floor panels, side walls, and bathroom components, connected via pre-embedded bolts or clips. Consider height restrictions during transportation (such as side wall height ≤2.4 meters in mountainous areas), and use stainless steel connectors in coastal areas to prevent chloride ion corrosion.

IV. Construction Precautions

  1. Weather Protection: Monitor weather conditions such as rain, heat, and typhoons, and implement protective measures like rain shelters, sunshades, and reinforcement.
  2. Compliance with Regulations: Strictly adhere to the Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Installation Engineering and local environmental protection requirements (such as noise control and waste disposal).
