Hoisting High-rise Prefabricated Houses
High-rise prefabricated houses hoisted using a modular construction approach are characterized by high efficiency and speed.

In the modular construction mode, all processes, including wall, floor, plumbing, electrical, and decoration work, are completed in the workshops of intelligent factories. These pre-fabricated modules are transported to the construction site and then hoisted and precisely assembled using cranes. This construction method significantly improves construction efficiency, with an average of two days required to complete the assembly of one floor from module hoisting to precise positioning. Taking a 16-story building as an example, it is assembled from 298 modules. From the initial hoisting, the modular part can be ready for delivery in just 120 days. Compared to traditional construction methods, the construction period is shortened by 60%, which is undoubtedly a significant advantage.
The modular construction mode achieves such efficient construction primarily due to its standardized design and production processes. In the factory, each module can be manufactured according to uniform standards, ensuring the quality and precision of every module. Meanwhile, the factory-based production environment makes the construction process more controllable, reducing the impact of external factors such as weather on the construction schedule.
Additionally, the modular construction mode offers advantages such as environmental protection and energy efficiency. Since most processes are completed in the factory, noise and dust pollution at the construction site are effectively controlled. Furthermore, the modular design makes buildings more convenient to dismantle or renovate, facilitating the recycling of resources.
Taking the Shenzhen Anju Jingxinyuan project as an example, from the hoisting of the first module to the completion of the 30-story, nearly 100-meter-high building with fine decoration, it took only 148 days. This example fully demonstrates the efficiency and feasibility of the modular construction mode in the hoisting of high-rise prefabricated houses. With continuous technological advancements and the accumulation of experience, the modular construction mode is expected to be applied and promoted in more fields.
