High-End Custom Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin October 05, 2026

The material selection for high-end custom mobile toilets is diverse, covering various parts such as the cabinet body, interior panels, wall panels, flooring, and internal fittings. Different materials possess distinct characteristics and are suitable for various scenarios.

For the cabinet body material, galvanized steel offers excellent rust resistance, making it effective in resisting moisture erosion and extending service life in humid areas such as coastal regions. Aluminum alloy, on the other hand, is lighter, reducing transportation difficulty and cost for venues requiring frequent relocation, such as large event sites and temporary construction sites.

The interior panels are made of antibacterial composite materials, which are easy to clean. In daily use, they can quickly remove stains, reduce odor residue, maintain a hygienic environment inside the toilet, and provide a better user experience.

Wall panels are primarily made of composite materials, with color-steel sandwich panels being widely used. These panels are made by filling polystyrene or rock wool between two layers of thin steel sheets, offering properties such as thermal insulation, sound insulation, and flame retardancy. In cold regions, thermal insulation reduces heat loss and lowers energy consumption; sound insulation provides a relatively quiet space for users; and flame retardancy enhances safety during use. Some high-end mobile toilets are molded as a whole using fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), which has a smooth surface that is easy to clean and does not easily accumulate stains, maintaining cleanliness over the long term.

The flooring is typically laid with non-slip patterned aluminum plates or FRP grilles. Non-slip patterned aluminum plates offer good slip resistance, preventing users from slipping and getting injured; FRP grilles are not only slip-resistant but also facilitate drainage, quickly discharging sewage and keeping the floor dry.

Among the internal fittings materials, toilets are mostly made of stainless steel or ceramic squat pans, paired with high-pressure water flushing systems to ensure effective flushing. Interior wall panels often use compact laminate or PVC panels, which are corrosion-resistant and moisture-proof, remaining stable and not deforming or peeling even after long-term use in humid toilet environments, ensuring the structural stability of the toilet interior.
