Industry Development: The Guiyang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau focuses on expanding the scale of market promotion and application of prefabricated buildings as a key approach to vigorously enhance the scale and level of prefabricated buildings, thereby promoting the quality and efficiency improvement of the construction industry and driving the healthy development of the prefabricated building industry. In 2022, the newly started construction area of prefabricated buildings in the city was approximately 3.13 million square meters, accounting for 31.93% of the newly built construction area, successfully completing the annual target.
