Admin September 21, 2026

Multiple flower expos have set up mobile toilets to meet the needs of visitors. Here is a detailed introduction:

The 10th China Flower Expo was held in Chongming, Shanghai. To cope with the large influx of visitors, thorough preparations were made regarding the setup of mobile toilets. There are different claims about the total number of mobile toilet stalls provided. One claim is that there are over 400, while another states approximately 600. Before the opening of the flower expo, 14 semi-load and full-load stress tests were conducted. Based on the test results, the placement of the toilets was adjusted multiple times, and the staffing plans for cleaning, maintenance, and logistics were also optimized. After the official opening of the flower expo, there were also different statements about the number of cleaning and support staff dispatched. One claim is 50, and another is over 60. These staff members ensure the daily cleaning and normal operation of the mobile toilets. The service support staff arrive at their workstations at 6 a.m. every day to conduct comprehensive inspections and daily cleaning of the mobile toilets. The sewage and waste removal drivers remain on duty 24 hours a day to promptly handle sewage and waste removal tasks. In addition, mobile third toilets have been set up, equipped with facilities for adults, children, and the disabled, greatly facilitating the use of toilets by breastfeeding women, people with disabilities, and elderly individuals with mobility issues.

The venue of the Jieshou Flower Expo has also built a large number of mobile toilets to meet the toilet needs of numerous visitors. However, no more detailed information about their specific quantities and staffing arrangements has been disclosed.

The Daning Tulip Flower Expo has adopted a combination of fixed and mobile toilets in its toilet setup. There are a total of 9 fixed toilets and 2 mobile toilets, distributed in areas such as the flower field display area near the north gate and the flower field display area at the Roman Square, making it convenient for visitors to find toilets and solve their toilet needs when playing in different areas.

Different flower expos reasonably plan the setup of mobile toilets, including the number of stalls, staffing arrangements, and distribution locations, based on factors such as their own scale and expected visitor volume, aiming to provide visitors with a good toilet environment and convenient services.
