Entrepreneurship Mobile Toilet
There are already practical cases of entrepreneurial mobile toilets, such as 'Moshi Technology' and Lanzhou Tongchuang, which have distinct characteristics in terms of facility equipment, usage methods, energy supply, revenue channels, and market conditions.

Facility Equipment: The mobile restrooms of 'Moshi Technology' are equipped with vending machines, free toilet paper, mirrors, coat racks, and toilet paper holders. There are also air fresheners and exhaust fans on the ceiling, making the facilities relatively complete and able to meet various needs of users. The mobile public toilets of Lanzhou Tongchuang are welded with thickened galvanized square tubes, which are sturdy and durable. The design considering both cold winters and hot summers is thoughtful, making them suitable for different environments such as scenic spots.
Usage Methods: At the entrance of 'Moshi Technology's mobile restrooms, there is a QR code. Users can scan the code to open the door. After using the restroom, it will automatically flush using a foam flushing method. The waste is stored and regularly collected by maintenance personnel for sale to agricultural companies in the suburbs of Beijing. After leaving and closing the door, the phone will automatically charge the user, with a rate of 1 yuan for every 5 minutes. During the trial operation period, it is free of charge. Users can also check the locations of other nearby restrooms through the 'Moshi' mini-program or APP.
Energy Supply: The roof of 'Moshi Technology's mobile restrooms is equipped with solar photovoltaic panels. Once fully charged, the battery can last for two days. On rainy days, the batteries can be manually replaced. There is no need to connect to water and electricity supplies, eliminating the need for laying underground pipelines and reducing construction costs and usage restrictions.
Revenue Channels: 'Moshi Technology' generates revenue from various sources, including scan-to-pay fees, product sales, advertising placements, emergency item sales, restroom operations, and waste sales. This diversified revenue model helps improve the project's profitability and risk resistance.
Market Conditions: 'Moshi Technology' currently has 4 mobile restrooms in Beijing, with 3 in Zhongguancun West District and 1 in Wanliu. Each restroom has a daily visitor flow of around 40 to 50 people. The next step is to deploy more devices in Haidian District first. In Guangzhou, Haikou, Nanchang, and other places, mobile restrooms have already started commercial operations. For other regions, the company sells the equipment, while in Beijing, it is responsible for operation and maintenance itself. The plan is to deploy 100 units by the end of the year.
