Dehong Foam-Sealing Mobile Toilet
There is no direct specialized introduction to the “Dehong Foam-Sealing Mobile Toilet”, but foam-sealing mobile toilets have the following characteristics:

Working Principle
The core of foam-sealing mobile toilets is to use foam for sealing and lubrication, replacing the traditional water-flushing method. The working process mainly consists of three steps:
- Foam Generation and Injection: Triggered by sensors, the equipment mixes a special foaming agent, a small amount of water, and air to produce rich and fine foam, which is then quickly injected into the toilet bowl.
- Foam Sealing and Lubrication: The foam covers the surface of the excreta, forming a dense sealing layer. This layer of foam not only isolates the excreta from air contact, effectively suppressing odor diffusion, but also prevents the breeding of mosquitoes and flies. At the same time, the lubricating effect of the foam allows the excreta to smoothly slide into the collection tank or septic tank.
- Sewage Discharge and Collection: These toilets adopt direct-discharge or fecal-tank collection methods. Some collection tanks are designed as detachable structures, facilitating the removal and treatment of excreta, and improving the convenience and hygiene of use.
Advantages
- Excellent Water-Saving Effect: The water consumption for a single flush is only 0.1 - 0.3 liters. Compared with traditional water-flushing toilets, the water-saving rate can reach over 90%, significantly reducing water resource consumption.
- Superior Deodorization Performance: The foam layer isolates the excreta from air contact, suppressing odor diffusion at the source. Some products also add fragrances to the foaming agent, making the discharged foam fragrant and further improving the air quality inside the toilet.
- Strong Adaptability: They have good adaptability to the state of excreta, effectively handling both solid and liquid excreta. The operating temperature range is usually from -30℃ to 60℃, allowing normal operation in various harsh environments.
Application Scenarios
They are widely used in outdoor temporary events such as music festivals, sports events, and large gatherings; tourist attractions, especially remote scenic spots and nature reserves lacking water supply and drainage networks; construction sites, providing workers with a hygienic and odor-free toilet environment; and vehicle-mounted mobile toilets, which can be installed on vehicles or trailers for flexible movement.
Supporting Equipment
They are usually equipped with exhaust fans to enhance ventilation and keep the toilet air fresh; lighting systems such as door-mounted lights to ensure safety during nighttime use; as well as coat hooks, paper towel holders, and washbasins to improve convenience of use.
