Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet No Pumping
The failure of a vehicle-mounted mobile toilet to pump water may be caused by insufficient water pressure, a malfunctioning pumping system, clogged water pipes, solenoid valve issues, power supply problems, or a clogged filter screen, requiring targeted troubleshooting and resolution.

Insufficient Water Pressure
If the water pressure in the environment where the vehicle-mounted mobile toilet is used is low (such as insufficient water supply in high-rise buildings), the pumping force will be weakened. A booster pump can be installed to increase the water pressure and ensure sufficient water flow. The booster pump should be selected according to the equipment model and installed and debugged by professionals.Pumping System Malfunction
Internal parts such as the pumping valve malfunctioning or the sealing ring being damaged due to aging or breakage can cause the pumping function to fail. Contact a repair technician to disassemble and inspect the system and replace damaged parts. Avoid frequently opening and closing the pumping valve during daily use to reduce mechanical wear.Clogged Water Pipes
After long-term use, scale and debris may accumulate inside the water pipes, obstructing water flow. Regularly use a professional cleaning agent to unclog the pipes or disassemble the pipes for manual cleaning. If the blockage is severe, replace the pipes with new ones and avoid using hard objects to poke them, which may cause pipe rupture.Solenoid Valve Issues
- Water Supply Filter Malfunction: A clogged filter element restricts water flow. Regularly disassemble and clean it (recommended every 3-6 months) to prevent impurities from entering the solenoid valve.
- Internal Blockage of the Solenoid Valve: Accumulated debris or wear on the valve core and body require replacement of the valve. Do not disassemble and repair it yourself.
- Wiring Faults: Check if the connecting wires of the solenoid valve are damaged or have poor contact. Ensure that the wires are not squeezed or pulled and rewire or replace the wires if necessary.
Power Supply Problems
Smart vehicle-mounted mobile toilets rely on a power supply for operation. If the power supply is not connected or the adapter is faulty, the pumping function will be disabled. Check if the plug is inserted tightly, the power switch is turned on, and test if the output voltage of the adapter is normal. If the adapter is damaged, replace it with a product of the same model and specification.Clogged Filter Screen
The water inlet filter screen is prone to clogging with scale and sediment. Turn off the water supply valve and disassemble it for cleaning. Rinse the filter screen surface with clean water and use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub stubborn stains. Ensure that the sealing ring is in place during installation to prevent water leakage. It is recommended to check the filter screen status once a month.
