Decomposition of Mobile Toilet Structure Diagram
Although there is no direct structural diagram decomposition for mobile toilets, a detailed introduction can be provided based on their internal structural components, which are mainly divided into four parts: walls, roof, interior ceiling, and floor.

Wall Section: The wall panels of mobile toilets come in various options depending on the model. Polyurethane sandwich color steel composite panels are a common choice, combining the thermal insulation properties of polyurethane with the strength of color steel plates. They effectively block external sound and heat transfer while possessing flame-retardant properties, enhancing the safety of the toilet. The exterior wall materials are even more diverse. Metal carved panels are not only aesthetically pleasing but also serve a decorative function. Anti-corrosion wood gives a natural and warm feel and has excellent anti-corrosion properties. Fluorocarbon-coated steel plates offer outstanding weather resistance and corrosion resistance, maintaining a clean appearance over the long term. The interior walls are made of high-quality color steel plates with a thickness of over 1mm. These materials have advantages such as fire resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and impact resistance, ensuring the durability and safety of the interior walls.
Roof Section: The roof is constructed with high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic in a monolithic shape, characterized by its lightweight yet high-strength properties. The roof is designed with thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation layers, effectively regulating the indoor temperature and reducing interference from external noise, providing users with a comfortable toilet environment.
Interior Ceiling Section: High-quality plastic-steel ceiling panels are used. Plastic-steel materials offer good corrosion resistance and decorative properties, making the interior of the toilet look more aesthetically pleasing and enhancing the overall user experience.
Floor Section: The floor inside the toilet cubicle is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic material, which is slip-resistant, waterproof, easy to clean, and wear-resistant. The tread surface is equipped with an array of circular anti-slip protrusions, further enhancing the floor's slip resistance and ensuring user safety. At the junction between the floor and the walls, special silicone waterproof strips are installed to effectively prevent water penetration, protecting the walls and floor from damage and extending the service life of the mobile toilet.
