Installation of Container Mobile House Roof
The installation of the roof of a container mobile house requires following specific steps and paying attention to key technical aspects based on different structural types.

For welded integral containers, their structures are welded as a whole in the factory, with a direct load path. The roof load is transferred to the bottom sill through the side wall columns and then evenly distributed to the ground through the bottom sill. During installation, first ensure that the ground is level, which is the foundation for the stability of the container house. An uneven ground may cause uneven force distribution on the container house, leading to issues such as tilting. Then, perform hoisting to accurately place the container house at the predetermined position. The placement should be slow and steady to avoid collision and damage to the structure.
For bolt-connected modular containers, standard panels are connected using bolts, and there are multiple connection nodes in the load path. The tightness of each node directly affects the overall stability. When installing the bottom frame, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom sill on a level ground or a workbench using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting the frame to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts. Then, install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positions of the positioning holes on the long beams and fix them with self-tapping screws. The tops of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom sill need to be fixed with round-head drill-tail screws. After that, lay the floor base plates along the 6-meter direction. Pre-drill holes at both ends of the base plates and cut the corners according to the chalk lines. Mark the centerline of the π-shaped beams, start laying the floor from one end, align the floor joints with the centerline of the π-shaped beams, snap chalk lines according to the marks after laying, and fix the floor with cross-flat-head燕尾丝 (Note: '燕尾丝' may be a specific term, here it's kept as is for accuracy, but in a real translation, it might need further clarification or replacement with an equivalent English term if available). The nail spacing should be 300 - 350mm. Finally, sand the entire floor, apply PVC special floor adhesive, and lay the floor covering.
For foldable container mobile houses, non-installers should stay away from the installation area during installation. First, check the stability of the steel wire ropes. Hoist the main frame and unfold it steadily, and place support rods in the middle of the container to maintain stability. Then, push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws. Next, push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws. Finally, hoist the foldable container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.
