1. Building Block Construction of Ultra-Miniature Portable Public Toilets

This method is suitable for model making or children's educational scenarios, where small building block modules are pieced together to form a miniature toilet structure. Its core features are detachability and reconfigurability, but due to material strength limitations, it cannot meet actual usage requirements and is more commonly used for display or teaching demonstrations.

2. Water Storage Tank and Pallet Construction of Movable Restrooms

This method uses discarded water storage tanks as the main body, combined with pallets, universal wheels, and other accessories to build functional restrooms. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Basic Frame Construction

   • Install universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to ensure overall mobility.
   • Place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station as the main structure and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top of the tank to form an open tank.

2. Tank Combination and Opening Treatment

   • Invert another top-open water storage tank onto the first tank and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws to form a double-layer sealed structure.
   • Cut a rectangular opening on the side of the tank as the doorway, ensuring smooth edges to avoid cuts.

3. Internal Facility Installation

   • Drainage System: Drill a hole in the floor inside the tank, insert an elbow and connect it to a water pipe, and then connect it to the toilet drain after sealing.
   • Sanitary Ware Fixation: Install and secure the toilet, connect the toilet tank inlet pipe; fix the water pipe on the wall with clips, install a faucet, and use a stainless steel basin below to make a handwashing basin and secure it to the pipe cap.
   • Showerhead and Nozzle: Connect the shower hose and install a nozzle-type showerhead to provide flushing functionality.

4. Door Construction and Detail Refinement

   • Make a restroom door using wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle for easy opening and closing.
   • Install a toilet seat and check the sealing of all connections to prevent water leakage or odor leakage.

According to structural form, mobile toilets can be divided into single-unit structures (independent units suitable for scenarios with limited space) and composite structures (multi-unit combinations to meet high-traffic demands); according to sewage treatment methods, they can be divided into flush-type (dependent on water sources, with high cleanliness), non-flush suction-type (cleaned by vacuum sewage suction trucks, suitable for water-scarce areas), and recirculating water-type (wastewater is treated and recycled, environmentally friendly and energy-saving).
