Among them, the prefabricated public toilet in Nanping Village was mistaken for a scenic spot by tourists due to its beautiful design and ecological friendliness, reflecting its positioning beyond traditional rural public toilets. It aimed to improve the rural public environment and promote rural tourism development by enhancing the quality of public toilets.

Technical Characteristics: Modularity and Mobility

This public toilet is prefabricated with standardized components produced in a factory and assembled on-site. It is a fixed permanent building but has significant advantages:

1. High construction efficiency: Modular production shortens the construction period and reduces procedures such as planning approval and land use approval, making it suitable for the rapid improvement of infrastructure in rural areas.
2. Strong flexibility: If the land use changes, the entire public toilet can be relocated, avoiding the waste of resources caused by land planning adjustments for traditional public toilets and reflecting the hidden value of 'mobility'.
3. Eco-friendliness: The prefabricated structure may use eco-friendly materials, and the design focuses on ventilation and lighting, reducing odors and energy consumption, which aligns with the green development concept of rural revitalization.

Facility Configuration: Humanization and High Standards

The internal facilities of the public toilet are complete and close to luxury standards:

1. Complete basic facilities: Each toilet cubicle is equipped with tissue paper, hand sanitizer, a sink, and an air freshener to ensure user comfort.

Differences in the Definition of 'Luxury'

Currently, there is no unified standard to define 'luxury mobile toilets', but they usually need to include high-end materials, intelligent equipment (such as automatic sensor faucets and warm air devices), and artistic design elements. Although the public toilets in Conghua do not involve intelligent equipment or luxurious materials, their modular technology, ecological concept, and humanized facilities are significantly better than ordinary public toilets and can be regarded as practical cases of 'functional luxury', especially having demonstration significance in rural areas.
