China National Building Material New House Prefabricated Components
Although China National Building Material Co., Ltd. does not directly mention 'new house prefabricated components,' some of its businesses are closely related, primarily in the areas of gypsum board business and modular construction (prefabricated houses).

In the gypsum board business, as a leading green gypsum board manufacturing enterprise in the industry, China National Building Material has developed the globally pioneering 'Luban Universal Board' and also created green products such as phase-change gypsum boards and formaldehyde-removing gypsum boards. More importantly, it has established a whole-house assembly green building system featuring 'customized design, factory-based production, modular construction, and immediate occupancy.' This system is highly similar to the concept of house prefabricated components, both emphasizing factory-based production and modular construction. Factory-based production ensures the stability and consistency of product quality, while modular construction significantly shortens the construction period, improves construction efficiency, and reduces environmental pollution caused by on-site construction.
In terms of modular construction (prefabricated houses), China's 'prefabricated houses' represent a new construction model where buildings are disassembled into independent unit modules, prefabricated in factories, and then transported to the site for assembly. As a characteristic and advantageous category in China's equipment manufacturing exports, domestic 'prefabricated houses' boast core advantages such as rapid delivery, environmental protection and energy efficiency, strong adaptability, and controllable quality. Their recognition in overseas markets continues to rise, and they have been exported to more than 150 countries and regions worldwide. The core logic is disassembly first, factory production next, and on-site assembly last. Designers disassemble the entire building into multiple standardized independent modules, with over 90% of the construction processes, including walls, beams and columns, plumbing and electrical systems, interior decoration, doors, windows, and bathrooms, completed in domestic intelligent factories, achieving integrated prefabrication and unified acceptance. After completion, the modules are sealed and packaged for shipping and exported overseas. Upon arrival at the overseas construction site, they are assembled, and a small amount of finishing work is completed before they can be put into use. This model not only improves the production efficiency and quality of buildings but also reduces costs, aligning with the trends of modern construction development.
