Chifeng Mobile Environmental Toilet Inspection
The inspection of mobile environmental toilets in Chifeng should focus on five major systems: water circulation, waste treatment, ventilation, structural components, and power supply to ensure the normal functioning of each aspect.

1. Water Circulation System Inspection
The inspection of the water circulation system should focus on the water supply and drainage channels. When connecting to an external water source, check the condition of the seals at the inlet pipe connections, such as whether the rubber gaskets are aging and causing leaks. For systems with built-in water storage tanks, test the sensitivity of the water level sensors and the closure accuracy of the float valves. In low-temperature environments, these components are prone to reading deviations due to thermal expansion and contraction. The drainage channels should be checked for blockages, which may be caused by foreign objects thrown in by users or improper design of the pipe bending angles. Excessive bends can easily form deposition points for solid substances, requiring professional tools for unclogging or adjustment of the pipe layout.
2. Waste Treatment System Inspection
The solid waste treatment unit should distinguish between biological degradation and physical separation mechanisms. For treatment devices using biological agents, check whether the power of the heating elements meets the standards to maintain a specific temperature range (usually 20-40°C) to ensure microbial activity. Physical separation devices rely on multi-layer filters for interception, and the matching degree between the mesh size and the water flow rate should be checked. After long-term use, mesh deformation can lead to a decline in separation function, requiring regular replacement of the filters or adjustment of the water flow parameters.
3. Ventilation System Inspection
Ventilation system failures are usually caused by damage to the insulation layer of the exhaust fan motor windings or insect nests in the air ducts. During inspection, measure the motor's operating current (abnormally low may indicate a motor failure) and the air pressure value at the end of the air duct (abnormally low may indicate a blockage in the air duct). These two parameters can accurately distinguish the type of failure. Some mobile toilets use fresh air systems, which can monitor air quality in real-time through detection systems installed in the toilet. When the ozone concentration or odor exceeds the standard, the equipment automatically activates filtration and purification or air exchange functions.
4. Structural Component Inspection
Damage to structural components can be divided into two types: visible and hidden. Visible damage, such as broken hinges and malfunctioning door locks, can be detected through visual inspection. Hidden damage includes corrosion of the bottom plate keels and collapse of the insulation material in the wall sandwich layer, which require the use of specialized equipment such as ultrasonic detectors for judgment. During maintenance, the coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction of the materials should be considered. Especially in areas with significant temperature differences, the fasteners should have the same expansion parameters as the original components to avoid secondary damage caused by stress concentration.
5. Power Supply Inspection
The troubleshooting of power supply failures should follow a path from the outside to the inside: First, confirm the voltage stability of the external power interface (usually 220V ± 10%). Then, check the oxidation of the internal wiring terminals in the waterproof distribution box (oxidation may cause poor contact). Finally, test whether the actual load power of each electrical terminal exceeds the rated value. For units powered by solar energy, the surface of the photovoltaic panels should be cleaned (dust accumulation can reduce power generation efficiency), and the storage capacity attenuation rate of the batteries should be tested (usually 5%-10% per year) to ensure normal power supply at night or on cloudy and rainy days.
