Cement Prefabricated House Process

Admin September 18, 2026

The process of cement prefabricated houses mainly includes stages such as preparation, foundation preparation, prefabricated component production, concrete pouring, component assembly, wall treatment, installation of doors, windows and pipelines, roof construction, interior decoration, completion acceptance, and post-maintenance and management.

  1. Preparation Stage: Conduct site selection and evaluation to ensure geological stability and environmental suitability; develop a design plan, prepare materials such as cement and steel bars, as well as tools like molds and connectors; carry out safety training for construction personnel; clear the site, level the ground, set up temporary facilities, and install water and electricity supplies.
  2. Foundation Preparation: Survey and measure the construction area, clear obstacles; excavate the foundation and compact it according to design requirements to ensure flatness and bearing capacity; conduct slope protection during excavation and clean the foundation base after completion; pour a C10 concrete foundation cushion with a thickness of 100mm, vibrate and compact it, and cure it; bind foundation reinforcement bars, ensure correct positions and spacings, and conduct concealed work acceptance; install wooden or steel formwork, ensuring it is flat and firm, and recheck after installation; pour a C30 concrete foundation, control the slump at around 180mm, vibrate and compact it, and cure it.
  3. Prefabricated Component Production: Produce wall panels, floor slabs, beams, columns, and other components in the factory according to design drawings; pour concrete into the molds, vibrate and level it, remove the molds after solidification, and cure and polish the components; conduct quality inspections on materials to ensure they meet standards, maintain module calibration, and ensure they are on the same horizontal plane for easy assembly.
  4. Concrete Pouring: Mix and pour concrete on the construction site to ensure it is dense and flat, guaranteeing the stability and strength of the building.
  5. Component Assembly: Transport qualified prefabricated components to the site; hoist and assemble them in the order and structural requirements specified in the design, connect them firmly with connecting fixtures to form a complete structural system; measure and adjust precisely to ensure tight connections and a firm structure.
  6. Wall Treatment: Flatten and decorate the wall surfaces, such as plastering, painting, and bricklaying, to improve appearance and durability.
  7. Installation of Doors, Windows and Pipelines: Install door and window frames, seal and fix them; arrange and install water, electricity, gas, and other pipelines.
  8. Roof Construction: Build the roof structure, lay the roofing, and carry out waterproofing treatment.
  9. Interior Decoration: Conduct interior decoration and finishing work such as floor laying, wall decoration, and ceiling installation.
  10. Completion Acceptance: After construction is completed, conduct a comprehensive acceptance and inspection to ensure compliance with design requirements and relevant regulations.
  11. Post-Maintenance and Management: Regularly maintain and service the house and its ancillary equipment during use, promptly identify and solve potential problems, extend the service life, and improve living comfort.
