Cement Prefabricated House Evaluation Standard

Admin September 18, 2026

The evaluation standard for cement prefabricated houses covers six core aspects: foundation and substructure, main structure, material usage, construction specifications, quality inspection, and acceptance criteria. Details are as follows:

Foundation and Substructure: Stability and material quality must be ensured. The foundation's bearing capacity should meet geological conditions, with pile foundations or soil replacement layers used if necessary. The foundation depth should consider factors such as groundwater levels and frost depth. Materials like cement and steel bars must comply with national standards and design requirements to ensure foundation strength and durability.

Main Structure: Structural design should be reasonable, with component dimensions, reinforcement, and connection methods meeting seismic resistance requirements. Prefabricated component production must strictly adhere to specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy, strength, and durability. Connections between components should be secure and reliable to avoid structural safety hazards.

Material Usage: Cement should be a qualified product, with strength grades and soundness meeting the GB 175-2007 standard. Aggregates and steel bars should comply with relevant national standards, such as steel bars meeting the requirements of GB/T 1499.2-2018, to ensure stable material performance.

Construction Specifications: The construction process should be reasonable, covering foundation treatment, foundation construction, component installation, and roof waterproofing. Attention should be paid to construction details, such as tight component connections and complete waterproof layer installation, to avoid quality issues due to improper operation.

Quality Inspection: This includes appearance, strength, durability, and steel bar cover inspections. Appearance checks involve measuring dimensions, flatness, and crack width (cracks exceeding 0.2mm are deemed unqualified). Strength tests involve using a press to test the compressive strength of 28-day test specimens (e.g., C30 concrete should be ≥30MPa), with flexural strength requirements of ≥4.5MPa. Durability tests verify frost resistance (mass loss ≤5% after 25 cycles) and water permeability resistance (no leakage under 0.8MPa water pressure for 24 hours). The thickness deviation of the steel bar cover should not exceed ±5mm to prevent steel bar corrosion.

Acceptance Criteria: Upon completion, a comprehensive inspection of structural safety and functionality should be conducted. Component dimensional deviations, appearance quality, and strength should be tested according to the GB 50204-2015 standard to ensure construction quality meets design requirements.
