Admin October 11, 2026
The mobile toilet purchase contract template should include the following core clauses, which can be adjusted according to actual needs:

I. Contract Parties
Clearly specify the full names of Party A (the purchasing unit, e.g., a scenic area management office) and Party B (the supplier, e.g., an environmental protection equipment company). Both parties should fill in their full names and affix their official seals.
II. Product Specifications and Quantity
- Product Name: Mobile toilet (specify the type, e.g., single-unit or connected-unit).
- Model/Specifications: Provide detailed descriptions of the wall material (e.g., stainless steel, fiberglass), dimensions (length × width × height), and performance indicators (waterproof rating, ventilation method, sewage disposal method, etc.).
- Quantity: Fill in according to actual needs, e.g., '5 units'.
- Quality Standards: Must comply with national and industry standards (e.g., GB/T 19272-2011 'Mobile Toilets') and provide a quality inspection certificate.
III. Price and Payment Method
- Total Price: Clearly state the amount (e.g., RMB 200,000), including equipment costs, transportation fees, installation and debugging fees, taxes, etc.
- Payment Milestones:
- Advance Payment: 30% of the total contract price within 5 days after contract signing.
- Acceptance Payment: 95% of the total contract price within 10 days after delivery and acceptance.
- Warranty Deposit: The remaining 5% as a warranty deposit, paid without interest after the warranty period expires.
IV. Delivery and Acceptance
- Delivery Time: Complete production and delivery within 30 days from the date Party B receives the advance payment, or within 20 working days after contract signing.
- Delivery Location: Fill in the specific address (e.g., the entrance of a scenic area).
- Acceptance Standards: Based on national relevant standards and Party A's requirements, including material, specifications, performance, etc.
- Acceptance Method: Party A organizes the acceptance, with Party B's cooperation. Both parties jointly sign the acceptance report after installation and debugging are completed.
V. After-Sales Service
- Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of acceptance. During the warranty period, free repairs or replacement of faulty parts are provided.
- Lifetime Maintenance: After the warranty period, paid maintenance services are provided, charging only for material costs.
VI. Liability for Breach of Contract
- If Party A fails to make payments as agreed, Party B has the right to postpone the delivery date or terminate the contract.
- If Party B fails to deliver as agreed, a penalty of 0.1% of the total contract price per day of delay shall be paid; if product quality issues cause losses, full compensation shall be provided.
VII. Dispute Resolution
If negotiation fails, a lawsuit shall be filed with the people's court at the place where the contract is signed.
VIII. Other Clauses
- The contract shall take effect from the date of signature and sealing by both parties, with two copies, one for each party.
- Matters not covered herein may be specified in supplementary agreements, which shall have equal effect with this contract.
Notes:
- Specific clauses should be adjusted according to actual needs. It is recommended to have them reviewed by legal professionals before signing.
- For public bidding projects, the procurement method (e.g., public bidding, competitive negotiation) should be clearly specified.
