Baiyin Container House Installation

Admin September 15, 2026

The installation of container houses in Baiyin needs to follow a professional process, covering foundation preparation, main body assembly, system installation, and acceptance inspection. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Foundation Preparation and Site Handling

Before installation, ensure that the ground is flat and solid. If the foundation is soft soil, hardening treatment (such as pouring a concrete foundation) is required. For example, when installing assembled container houses, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams on a flat ground or workbench, and use hexagon socket bolts for preliminary fixation. After leveling (the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm), tighten the bolts. For foldable container mobile homes, check the stability of the steel wire ropes, lift the main frame, unfold it, and place support rods in the middle of the container to maintain stability.

II. Main Structure Assembly

  1. Frame Connection: According to the design drawings, connect components such as bottom beams, columns, and cross beams using bolts or welding. For example, for standard container houses, install the bottom frame first, then assemble the walls and roof trusses in sequence to ensure that the verticality and levelness of the frame meet the standards.
  2. Wall and Door/Window Installation: Fix prefabricated wall panels (such as sandwich panels) to the frame, install door and window frames, and adjust their opening and closing flexibility. Some projects adopt a modular design, where walls can be quickly folded or unfolded and should be operated step-by-step according to the instructions.
  3. Concealed Work Handling: Complete the pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines before closing the walls, and focus on inspecting the construction of waterproof and moisture-proof layers. For example, before laying the floor, drill round-head self-tapping screws at the top of the bottom beams to fix the secondary beams. The floor joints should be polished and brushed with PVC special adhesive to ensure tightness.

III. System Installation and Debugging

  1. Floor System: Lay magnesium oxide board baseplates, splice them along the 6-meter direction and perform chamfering. Use self-tapping screws to fix π-shaped secondary beams, and finally lay the floor and fix it with nails (at intervals of 300-350mm).
  2. Roof System: After installing the roof trusses, lay the roof panels, and focus on inspecting the tightness of the joints. Welding treatment can be carried out if necessary.
  3. Supporting Facilities: Connect water and electricity lines, install sanitary ware, lighting equipment, etc., and conduct functional tests.

IV. Acceptance Inspection and Maintenance

After installation, a comprehensive inspection is required, including structural stability, door and window tightness, and water and electricity safety. Regular maintenance (such as checking bolt tightness and anti-corrosion treatment) can extend the service life of the house. For example, manufacturers such as Lanzhou Liqun provide standardized installation services and emphasize the importance of concealed work acceptance inspection to avoid rework later.

Tip: The installation of container houses should be carried out by a professional team. Users should choose qualified manufacturers (such as Deen Container and Huateng Container) and confirm that they provide integrated services of design, production, and installation to ensure quality and safety.
