1. Purchase Price: The price range for basic, brand-new container houses is wide. A standard 3m x 6m (approximately 18 square meters) container house can range from several thousand to tens of thousands of yuan. For example, there are basic models priced around 10,000 yuan, second-hand container houses priced around 5,000 yuan, and renovated containers with an interior area of about 13 square meters priced at approximately 12,000 yuan. Custom-sized container houses range from 3,500 to 14,000 yuan each.
2. Rental Price: Rental prices are calculated per day, with daily rent for a container house generally ranging from 3 to over 10 yuan. However, there is usually a minimum rental period requirement, such as 120 days, and transportation costs are additional. For example, a 3m x 3m container house rents for 3 yuan per day, while 6m x 3m and 7m x 3m container houses rent for 6 yuan per day.

II. Factors Affecting Price

1. Condition: Second-hand container houses are relatively cheaper, but their long usage years may affect their safety, stability, color, fire resistance, and waterproofing performance.
2. Material: Different materials come with different prices. For instance, color steel plates are cheaper but offer poor sound insulation, while rock wool sandwich panels are about 30% more expensive but provide better fire resistance and thermal insulation. 3. Size: For areas smaller than 100 square meters, the unit price increases by about 10%, while for areas larger than 500 square meters, the unit price decreases by 10-15%. Two-story structures are 15-25% more expensive than single-story ones.
4. Configuration: Container mobile houses with integrated bathrooms, insulation layers, and custom doors and windows generally fall within the price range of 800-1,500 yuan per square meter, while pure skeleton color steel plate houses may be as low as 300 yuan per square meter.
5. Location and Transportation: Prices in first-tier cities are 10-30% higher than in second- and third-tier cities. Transportation costs increase for distances over 50 kilometers, and in remote areas, labor and transportation costs rise, leading to an increase in the unit price.
