Xi'an Office Building Phase II

This project used the modular container house 360 service, with 116 newly purchased units and 80 reused units.

Functional zones include offices, meeting rooms, dormitories, utility rooms, a dining hall, and a multipurpose exhibition hall, meeting needs for office work, guest reception, and more.

The container house floors received a customized reinforcement design to meet reuse and turnover requirements.

The office building exterior uses a full glass curtain wall for a premium, contemporary look; interiors feature integrated fit-out that is green and environmentally friendly.
