This project is a modular container house rental service, with a total of 36 modular container units leased.

To meet the client's needs, we provided a modular space solution including the owner's office, supervision office, PM office, PPE changing room, various meeting rooms, a dining hall, men's and women's restrooms, stairwells, a terrace, and other functional areas.

Located on a special riverside site with complex construction conditions, the modular installation faced foundation-stability challenges. The Chengdong project team worked closely with the client and the owner, defined a dedicated solution through multiple rounds of discussion, and strengthened on-site construction safety management, ultimately completing the modular installation and overcoming the construction challenges with professional capability.
