Interior finishes were customized to the client's requirements, using a range of new materials and moving beyond conventional flat-ceiling decoration.

The site is very windy. Concrete piers and steel-wire diagonal anchors were used, among other measures, to increase wind resistance.

The project included 360-degree service: some units were newly purchased modular container houses, while others were refurbished existing units reused on a turnover basis, helping the client reduce capital outlay and extend asset life.
