The project uses 106 modular container houses to meet diverse needs for accommodation, offices, meetings, and dining.

Comprehensive custom thermal insulation was provided, with high-seal doors and windows and targeted sealing of module-box gaps and connectors, effectively reducing heat loss and improving insulation and wind protection.

The exterior uses a glass curtain wall, with a dignified overall form and good daylighting, improving comfort for living and work.
