Zigong Mobile Company Toilet Incident

Admin October 01, 2026

No direct incidents related to the toilet of Zigong Mobile Company have been found, but there are two similar incidents that may have been incorrectly associated with it.

Zigong Public Toilet Relocation Incident

There is a public toilet near Heping Garden Community on Dongyandu Avenue in Zigong. As the original location is to be used for the construction of a civic square, the construction team decided to relocate the entire toilet. The toilet weighs over 600 tons, and the relocation process is quite complex. It needs to be moved 26 meters eastward, 16 meters northward, and then settled 2 meters downward. The entire relocation work is expected to take about half a month. After the relocation, it will be re-poured at the new site. This relocation method will neither damage the main structure of the building nor affect its normal use in the future. This incident mainly involves urban construction and the relocation and renovation of public toilets and has no direct connection with Zigong Mobile Company.

Reversal of the Incident Where a Business Hall Allegedly Served Customers Toilet Water

On March 20, a security guard who claimed to be from a mobile business hall in Yiwu, Zhejiang, posted a video accusing the business hall staff of filling桶装水 (barreled water) with green and smelly water taken from the toilet water pipe and serving it to customers. The video quickly spread online and became a hot topic, attracting widespread attention and discussion. However, on March 22, the security guard retracted his statement, saying that the video he posted due to emotional issues contained false information, and he posted another video on his account admitting to fabricating the story. On March 23, the superior of the involved business hall stated that the security guard had fabricated the story out of resentment after being fired, and the company would hold him accountable. This incident did not occur in Zigong and has not been clearly linked to Zigong Mobile Company. It was only incorrectly associated with Zigong Mobile Company to some extent because it involved a mobile business hall.

In conclusion, there is currently no conclusive evidence indicating that Zigong Mobile Company has been involved in any direct incidents related to toilets. The above two incidents are merely cases that may have been incorrectly associated.
