Zhenjiang Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Design

Admin October 10, 2026

The design of Zhenjiang's environmental protection mobile toilets focuses on modularity, mobility, environmental friendliness, and user-friendliness, meeting diverse scenario demands through technological innovation and detail optimization. The specific design highlights are as follows:

1. Modularity and Mobility: Rapid Deployment and Flexible Relocation
Standardized modular design is adopted, with the entire unit or main components prefabricated in factories and quickly assembled on-site through splicing, significantly reducing deployment time. This design makes it suitable for temporary or mobile demand scenarios such as large-scale events and tourist attractions, while also supporting overall hoisting and relocation to avoid resource waste caused by repeated construction. The steel structure main body is treated with anti-corrosion measures to ensure structural stability and no deformation during hoisting, meeting the requirements for multiple relocations.

2. Environmentally Friendly Materials and Energy-Saving Technologies: Reducing Resource Consumption
The walls use metal insulation and decoration integrated fireproof panels (outer layer) and high-grade composite decorative panels (inner layer), with ≥75mm insulation material filled in between, achieving efficient thermal insulation and reducing energy consumption. The power supply system partially uses solar panels combined with energy storage devices to reduce reliance on the traditional power grid. Diverse sewage disposal methods are available, including water flushing, packing, foaming, and microbial decomposition technologies. Among them, microbial decomposition accelerates the degradation of organic matter through specific bacterial strains, achieving harmless treatment; the resource recycling system reuses treated water for toilet flushing or landscaping, forming a closed loop of 'waste-treatment-reuse' and reducing water resource waste.

3. User-Friendly Internal Facilities: Enhancing User Experience
Each toilet cubicle measures 1300mm×1500mm×2000mm, with a reasonable spatial layout. It is equipped with separate male and female toilet cubicles, stainless steel automatic water-flushing squat toilets (800mm×850mm), microcomputer-controlled flushing systems, and automatic sensor faucets to reduce contact contamination risks. The interior is equipped with basic functional items such as coat hooks, makeup mirrors, toilet paper holders, and trash cans, while also integrating occupancy indicator systems, emergency assistance buttons, automatic heating systems, and lighting to meet the needs of different users. The floor is made of anti-slip marble material, and the toilet cubicle doors are sturdy and managed with a unified key system, balancing safety and convenience.

4. Appearance and Structure: Balancing Aesthetics and Practicality
The exterior design emphasizes harmony with the surrounding environment, adopting a simple and smooth shape to avoid a jarring appearance. The overall steel structure is treated with anti-corrosion measures in compliance with national standards, ensuring long-term use in frequent relocation or harsh environments. The modular design allows for adjustments to the exterior color scheme or decorative elements according to site requirements, further enhancing environmental integration.
