Zhejiang Prefabricated Wall Panel Molds for Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

Zhejiang prefabricated wall panel molds for houses encompass various types with specific design and application characteristics.

I. Waterproof and Leak-proof Concrete Wall Panel Prefabricated Molds
This mold belongs to the field of prefabricated mold technology, with a core structure including a shell, installation grooves, a sealing plate, filling components, and lifting components. On both sides of the inner wall of the shell, linearly and evenly spaced installation grooves are symmetrically arranged. The sealing plate is slidably connected to adjust the internal space of the mold. The filling components use L-shaped fillers, which are fixed to the threaded holes at the edge of the shell through top through-holes and locking knobs to ensure airtightness. The lifting components are used to press the concrete raw materials for shaping.

II. Specifications of Prefabricated Fence Steel Molds

  1. Panel Thickness: Commonly, Q235 carbon structural steel with a thickness of 2.5 mm to 4.5 mm is used. In Zhejiang, 3.0 mm and 3.5 mm are the main choices, balancing strength and operational convenience.
  2. Reinforcement Layout: The spacing between longitudinal and transverse reinforcing ribs is controlled within 200 mm to 300 mm. The mold cavity depth tolerance must be ≤ ±0.5 mm to ensure the consistency of the finished fence thickness.
  3. Demolding Taper: The side walls are designed with a slope of 1 degree to 2 degrees. Fences with a height of less than 1 meter use a 1.5-degree taper, while those exceeding 2 meters increase to 2 degrees for easier demolding.
  4. Standardization of Connectors: The locking mechanism mainly uses M16 bolts with trapezoidal nuts, spaced 200 mm to 250 mm apart. Some companies promote quick-release clamps as an alternative to bolts to improve efficiency.

III. Customization Points for Prefabricated Courtyard Wall Molds

  1. Core Function: To form a closed cavity to hold concrete and maintain its shape until hardening.
  2. Design Constraints:
    • Component Constraints: Must strictly adhere to the geometric shapes, dimensional tolerances, and embedded part positioning accuracy specified in the design drawings.
    • Material Behavior Constraints: The stiffness of the side panels, the support system, and the layout of the tie bolts must be calculated to prevent deformation during pouring and vibration. Appropriate release agents and internal surface treatment processes should be selected to alleviate adhesion or constraint stress during concrete hardening.
    • Production Process Constraints: Mold opening and closing operations must be simple and quick to adapt to the production line rhythm. The positions of vibrators, curing pipelines, and other interfaces must be planned to avoid affecting the mold's airtightness.
    • Environmental and Durability Requirements: Considering the high humidity and seasonal temperature differences in Zhejiang, steel molds require surface anti-rust treatment, and composite material molds need to be evaluated for creep characteristics to ensure long-term accuracy and cost-effectiveness.

IV. Application Scenarios of Prefabricated Fence Molds in Zhoushan City
Suitable for municipal road isolation, residential property management, rural revitalization landscapes, temporary construction fences, and livestock farm protection, among other scenarios, offering advantages of stability, durability, and cost control.
