Yunnan Mobile Toilet Bidding
Recently, there have been multiple bidding projects related to mobile toilets in Yunnan, mainly involving two categories: emergency equipment procurement and large-scale exhibition support services.

I. Emergency Equipment Procurement In the 2025 emergency equipment allocation procurement project of the Yunnan Asphalt and Oil Reserve Support Center, field mobile toilets are explicitly included in the procurement scope. The project plans to purchase 5 mobile toilets, with a maximum unit price limit of 11,000 yuan and a total budget of 2.325 million yuan. The procurement requirements emphasize that the equipment must meet the needs of field emergency use scenarios, with delivery locations being the Yunnan Asphalt and Oil Reserve Support Center or locations designated by the purchaser. Such procurements typically focus on the durability, portability, and environmental adaptability of the equipment, such as requiring wind and rain-resistant structures, rapid assembly capabilities, and low-energy designs to address temporary sanitation needs in emergency situations.
II. Large-Scale Exhibition Support Services The mobile toilet support project for the 10th South Asia Expo is divided into two stages: service planning and contract announcement.
- Service Planning Stage: The Kunming Urban Management Bureau requests the provision of mobile toilets with no fewer than 50 toilet stalls, equipped with basic facilities such as squat toilets and handwashing stations. It explicitly requires suppliers to undertake sewage removal services and ensure an adequate supply of daily consumables (such as toilet paper and hand soap). The project funds come from the 2026 departmental budget special funds, amounting to 150,000 yuan.
- Contract Announcement Stage: Ultimately, Kunming Kangting Environmental Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd. won the bid with a price of 147,800.00 yuan, focusing on providing full sanitation support during the core exhibition dates. Such projects place greater emphasis on service response speed and continuity, such as requiring a professional operations and maintenance team to monitor toilet stall usage in real-time, promptly replenish consumables, and ensure that sewage removal frequency matches exhibition foot traffic to avoid sanitation issues.
III. Differences and Commonalities Between Projects The two types of projects differ in their focus on needs: emergency procurement emphasizes the performance parameters of the equipment itself, while exhibition support focuses more on the coverage capabilities of the entire service process. However, both impose clear requirements on supplier qualifications, such as requiring relevant field service experience and equipment compliance with national sanitation standards. Additionally, the budgeting methods differ, with the former controlling total costs based on equipment unit prices and the latter adopting a service total package pricing model.
