How to Install Mobile Toilets in Yunfu
Admin October 06, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Yunfu follows the core process of 'positioning - assembly - connection'. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Positioning and Site Preparation
- Site Selection Planning: Determine the installation location based on the functional requirements of the site (such as scenic spots, construction sites, or temporary event venues). Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation to ensure proper drainage.
- Ground Preparation: If the ground is soil or uneven, it should be hardened (by pouring concrete) or covered with steel plates in advance to ensure a solid foundation. For integrated mobile toilets, reserve space for lifting and positions for water and electricity connections.
- Standard Reference: The installation should comply with the 'Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standards' (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene standards are met, such as ensuring the slope of the sewage pipes is ≥2% to prevent blockages.
II. Assembly of the Main Structure
- Installation of the Chassis and Frame:
- Use a forklift or crane to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position. Adjust it to a level state using a spirit level, with an error margin of ≤5mm.
- Secure the chassis to the ground (using expansion bolts or ground anchors) to prevent displacement.
- Installation of Walls and Roof Panels:
- Insert the wall panels (mostly sandwich panels with thermal insulation and waterproof properties) into the chassis slots one by one, and fasten them with bolts or clips. Fill the gaps with sealant.
- Install the roof panels, paying special attention to checking whether the eaves drainage channels are unobstructed to avoid water accumulation and leakage.
- Simplified Steps for Integrated Toilets: If it is a factory-prefabricated box-type toilet, this stage only requires lifting it into place, without the need for on-site wall assembly.
III. Connection of Facilities and Commissioning
- Installation of Internal Facilities:
- Connect sanitary facilities such as toilets, flushing systems, and handwashing basins. The water and electricity pipelines adopt a modular quick-connector design to shorten the installation time.
- Install lighting and ventilation equipment (such as exhaust fans), ensuring good circuit grounding to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- Functional Testing:
- Flush Testing: Check the flushing pressure of the toilet and the water replenishment function of the water tank to ensure there are no blockages or leaks.
- Seal Inspection: Spray water on the wall joints and pipe connections to observe for any leakage.
- Circuit Testing: Use a multimeter to test the voltage stability and confirm that the lighting and ventilation equipment are operating normally.
Notes: The installation time for integrated mobile toilets can be shortened to 2-4 hours, while traditional assembled toilets require 6-8 hours. The type should be selected according to actual needs. The entire installation process should be carried out by professionals to ensure compliance with safety standards.
