Yulin Prefabricated House Finished Villa

Admin September 18, 2026

Currently, the finished prefabricated houses and villas in Yulin are mainly represented by the townhouses in Lvdi Chengshanyuhu. There is limited information on Banshan No.1, and the three-and-a-half-story new Chinese-style villa is merely a design case, not a ready-to-move-in property.

I. Lvdi Chengshanyuhu (Villas)
This residential community is located at No. 203, Erhuan East Road, Nanjiang, Yuzhou District, and is a relatively typical finished villa project in the Yulin area. Its products mainly consist of townhouses, with two types of units:

  1. 5-bedroom, 2-living room unit: With a building area ranging from 185.5㎡ to 189㎡, it is suitable for medium-sized families, offering a spatial layout that balances functionality and comfort.
  2. 6-bedroom, 2-living room unit: With a building area of 190㎡, it provides more spacious accommodation, meeting the needs of multi-generational families or those with higher demands for living space.
Some units come with gardens, terraces, and elevator shafts, enhancing the convenience and quality of living. Recently, a three-story townhouse was sold in the foreclosure market, with a building area of 185.76㎡, a transaction price of 969,000 yuan, and a unit price of approximately 5,216 yuan/㎡. The property was in a rough state. This data can serve as a price reference for homebuyers, but it should be noted that foreclosure prices may be influenced by the特殊性 (such as property rights and taxes) of the property, and may differ from normal market prices.

II. Banshan No.1 (Villas)
This residential community is located on Cuihuan East Road, Mingshan, Yuzhou District, and is positioned as a large-unit villa community. However, specific details such as unit types, areas, or prices are not mentioned in public information. If interested in this project, it is advisable to verify product information through the developer or intermediary agencies to avoid decision-making biases due to information gaps.

III. Three-and-a-half-story New Chinese-style Small Villa (Design Case)
This case is a self-built house design plan, not a finished villa project. Its design features include:

  1. Structural Layout: The first floor has an area of 112㎡, with a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 living rooms, suitable for large families or those with higher demands for the number of bedrooms.
  2. Style Positioning: The exterior adopts a new Chinese style, blending traditional elements with modern design, meeting the cultural aesthetic and living quality pursuits of some homebuyers.
It should be noted that this case is merely a design drawing. Actual construction needs to consider factors such as land nature, planning approval, and construction costs, which fundamentally differ from the purchasing logic of finished villas.

Recommendations: If looking to purchase a finished villa, priority can be given to the Lvdi Chengshanyuhu project, obtaining the latest property information and price trends through developers or formal intermediary channels. For Banshan No.1, active verification of product details is necessary; for self-built house design cases, careful evaluation should be conducted based on personal needs and actual circumstances.
