Parameters of Yongzhou Box-Type Mobile Toilets

Admin September 27, 2026

The parameters of Yongzhou box-type mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: container mobile toilets and steel-structured composite mobile public toilets. The specific parameters are as follows:

Container Mobile Toilets

Container mobile toilets use standard containers as carriers and achieve toilet functionality through structural modifications. They are modular and easy to transport, available in two specifications: 20-foot standard containers and 40-foot high-cube containers.

20-foot Standard Container:

  • External Dimensions: Length 6.06 meters, width 2.44 meters, height 2.59 meters, conforming to international standard container specifications for easy direct transportation by trucks or cranes.
  • Internal Configuration: Suitable for single or double occupancy, can be divided into 1-2 independent toilet compartments with partitions, commonly used in construction sites, temporary events, etc.
  • Weight: Approximately 2.3 tons, requiring consideration of vehicle load limits during transportation.

40-foot High-Cube Container:

  • External Dimensions: Length 12.19 meters, width 2.44 meters, height 2.89 meters, with an increased height of 0.3 meters compared to standard containers, providing more spacious interiors.
  • Internal Configuration: Can be expanded to accommodate 4-6 toilet stalls and equipped with barrier-free facilities (such as handrails, low-positioned sinks), suitable for high-traffic scenarios like large exhibitions and long-term campsites.

Steel-Structured Composite Mobile Public Toilets

Steel-structured composite mobile public toilets adopt a steel frame structure combined with composite panels, featuring stable structures and long service lives. The parameters are as follows:

  • Overall Dimensions: Length 5850mm, width 2650mm, height 2750mm, more compact in overall volume compared to container toilets.
  • Toilet Compartment Dimensions: Width 1310mm, depth 1620mm, height 2100mm, providing sufficient internal space for single occupancy.
  • Toilet Bowl Dimensions: 645mm×545mm×200mm, featuring anti-slip designs for easy cleaning and maintenance.
  • Door Dimensions: Height 1800mm×width 600mm, ergonomically designed for easy access.
  • Step Height: 400mm, requiring attention to barrier-free design requirements (some models can eliminate steps or add ramps).
  • Management Room and Disabled Toilet Internal Dimensions: Depth 2460mm×width 1400mm×height 2100mm, accommodating management equipment or barrier-free facilities.
  • Main Frame:
    • The bottom is welded with 100504mm national standard channel steel to enhance load-bearing capacity;
    • Columns and support frames are welded with 30503mm national standard square steel and subjected to double-layer anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment to adapt to outdoor environments.

Both types of toilets achieve rapid deployment through modular design, with container types focusing more on transportation convenience and steel-structured types emphasizing structural stability and long-term performance.
