• Mobile Public Toilet Construction in the Southern Section of the Yitong River, Service Enhancement Project of the Yitong River Basin Ecological Governance Project in Changchun City (Excluding the Sludge Treatment Plant): This project has been approved for construction by the Changchun Municipal Development and Reform Commission through the document Changfa Gai Shen Pi Zi [2021] No. 67 and related documents, and is now open for bidding. The construction scope is the mobile public toilet construction in the southern section of the Yitong River, and the final scope will be based on the actual project quantity. The quality standard is to meet the current national engineering construction quality acceptance specifications and related quality standards for qualified projects, and the planned construction period will be based on the actual contract signed.

Bidder Qualification Requirements

• Sanitary Toilet Construction Project at Xiwei Town Central Primary School, Yitong Manchu Autonomous County: The bidder must be a legal person or other organization registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a valid business license, and having a construction engineering general contracting qualification of Grade II or above issued by the construction administrative department. It should also have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds. The project manager proposed by the bidder must possess a Grade II or above registered construction engineer qualification in the field of construction engineering, along with a valid safety assessment qualification certificate (Class B), and should have no ongoing projects. Joint bidding is not accepted. Enterprises from other provinces entering Jilin must complete the entry information registration before participating in the bidding. Bids from enterprises or individuals listed in the government's record of canceled bidding qualifications during the relevant period will be rejected.
• Mobile Public Toilet Construction in the Southern Section of the Yitong River, Service Enhancement Project of the Yitong River Basin Ecological Governance Project in Changchun City (Excluding the Sludge Treatment Plant): The bidder must be a legal person or other organization with a valid business license and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds. The proposed project manager must possess an intermediate or above technical title certificate and should not be serving as the project manager of other ongoing construction projects. Joint bidding is not accepted. Bids from enterprises or individuals listed in the government's record of canceled bidding qualifications during the relevant period will be rejected.
